EXCHANGES & RETURNS
We do offer exchanges, hurrah!
Email us at info@thebijoubox.in
within 2 days / 48 hours of receiving your order. Our team will assist you with the process.
The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will issue a refund for the product amount (minus shipping charges).
Shipping charges are ₹149.
DEFECTIVE / DAMAGED PRODUCTS
In case of a manufacturing defect or if your item arrives damaged, we will offer a replacement of the same product.
If the same product is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
You must report such issues within 24 hours of delivery by emailing info@thebijoubox.in
with a clear unboxing video of the package received by you.
Without an unboxing video, we will not be in a position to issue a replacement or refund.
Both reverse and forward shipping of such orders will be borne by The Bijou Box.
