  • Shipping Charges: Free shipping on orders above ₹999.
    Only ₹75 shipping charge on orders below ₹999.

2. International Shipping

  • Yes, we ship internationally!
  • Delivery Time: 10–20 business days depending on the destination.
  • Shipping Charges: Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
  • Customs Duties: Any duties or taxes are to be borne by the customer.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS so you can monitor the status in real time.

4. Delays and Disruptions

In rare cases, deliveries may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, strikes, or high demand. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

All jewellery is securely packed in tamper-proof packaging and shipped in our signature TheBijouBox boxes to ensure it reaches you safely and beautifully.
